OnFlow believes that architecture begins with listening — to the site, to the people, to the materials. Every project starts from a position of respect for context and an ambition to create spaces that endure beyond trends. We design with honesty: exposed materials, considered proportions, and light as a structural element.

Our work spans residences, heritage restorations, wellness retreats and cultural spaces — each rooted in the belief that good architecture transforms how people feel, move and live.

    Founder & CEO

    Junais founded OnFlow with the conviction that architecture should emerge from the land, not be imposed upon it. With a deep understanding of Kerala's vernacular traditions and a contemporary sensibility, he leads every project from concept through construction — ensuring that each space carries the studio's philosophy of material honesty, contextual sensitivity, and quiet permanence.

    Co-Founder & CFO

    Ashar brings strategic clarity and operational discipline to OnFlow's creative vision. His expertise in project management and financial planning ensures that ambitious design ideas become built reality — on time and with integrity. Together with Junais, he has shaped OnFlow into a practice where creative ambition and professional rigour work in harmony.
